How the At Home Whitening Kit works:

1. Rinse your mouth with water

2. Attach tray to the light 

3. Fill gel in to the tray - for better results apply gel directly on to tooth surface.

4. Leave the light shining on your teeth for 30 minutes

4. Rinse your mouth and clean the tray

5. Smile!
