After this products are then shipped off within 2-4 working days as next day special delivery via royal mail aimed to get to you the next working day by 1pm. All sales are final. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns of sealed products once their hygiene seal has been broken after delivery. For eligible products with their hygiene seals intact, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the products. We will refund eligible returns, including the standard delivery charge where applicable, within 14 days of receiving them. If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact westtaesthetics@outlook.com with your order number and details of the issue. Photographs, where available, can help us resolve it. We will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights. Please note once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided we are not responsible for any missed or lost packages.
